As a graduate of Chico State University, Lee McLeod studied Psychology with an emphasis in Social Psychology and received a Bachelors of Arts in this field of study. A licensed Realtor® since 1994, Lee has worked full time with large franchise offices and small private, independent brokerages. As a Broker/Owner she believes in staying current on all legal and industry related issues and regularly attends continuing education classes including topics on facilitation, negotiation, mediation, arbitration, procuring cause, ethics and professional standards as well as professional growth classes and industry related conferences.

Consistently, each year Lee produces Multi-Million Dollars in sales; and has been recognized many times with the prestigious award of Realtor® of the Year. Lee is especially excited about being a member of the Women's Council of Realtors - a National Association of Realtors organization promoting education and networking for Realtors.
As a lifelong resident of Tehama County, she is very familiar with the greater north state area, Tehama County, and all that it has to offer.
