Ted Hart was first licensed in
1982 and has been a Broker since 1986. Ted and his wife opened Heart
Realty in 1984 and just recently sold that office. Ted’s wife
retired and he continued to work with the new owners of Heart
Realty until they closed the office in 2007. Ted and his wife
work side by side on their small ranch, enjoy weekly horse back
rides in the beautiful mountains of Northern California. Ted
also enjoys working with people in the real estate industry. |

Frankie Dean
Frankie has been
very active in the community for over 15 years. Some of her
involvements are Past Booster Club President and has served on
the Board of Directors for Boys & Girls Club. Currently she is
actively involved with the High School Wrestling team and Junior
High Rodeo as a parent volunteer. Frankie feels that this
community involvement has helped her listen and understand her
clients goals, which in turn makes the purchase or sale of
their home stress free. |
